I’ll be serving up dishes made with the best local ingredients, including freshly-caught seafood and wild foraged produce for 4-10 guests.
A big focus of my cooking is on reducing food miles and waste, while letting Shetland's incredible local produce take centre stage.
From my own kitchen garden to what we get from local fishermen, crofters, and the wild landscape, I’ll be sharing dishes inspired by my roots and shaped by this special place I call home.
