I moved to Shetland in 2009 and since then have been cooking and working with local produce and producers This year I am welcoming groups of 6-10 guests into my home for Shetland's first supper club and private dining space - I hope you can join us! I will be cooking the best croft and coastal produce with a special focus on freshly-caught seafood.
