One of my closest friends is Stacey who comes from a family of crofters. Just like me she is not only passionate about local produce in Shetland but also the welfare of all her animals, working day in and day out making sure they are raised ethically and in a sustainable way. You can also visit her Shetland croft 'Withyburn' as she also does croft tours

It can be frustrating sometimes living away from town where restaurants and cafe serve local produce. So this year we thought why not showcase the meat from her croft and the best seafood Shetland has to offer and take it to communities around Shetland .
