Tour Group Lunches & Food Experiences in Shetland

For over 15 years, I've been working alongside Shetland's crofters, fishermen, butchers and producers, cooking with local ingredients and sharing the food and stories of the islands.

Visiting Shetland in a small tour group?

I'm now welcoming enquiries from tour operators, guides and group organisers looking to include a proper taste of Shetland in their itineraries.

Depending on your group & schedule, I can offer hosted lunches and dinners, local dishes, Shetland seafood and meats, and flavours inspired by my Goan and Indian roots. Experiences will include stories about local food and producers and seasonal ingredients, and also available are live cooking demonstrations such as traditional Shetland bannock, mackerel paté, etc.

My cooking follows the seasons and what is available locally, including croft produce, seafood, ingredients from my kitchen garden, and wild foods I've foraged and preserved. Whether you're planning a coach tour, an escorted group visit or a food-focused trip, get in touch to discuss what's possible for your itinerary.

Discuss menus and schedules to suit your group and itinerary.
